SHIPPING MEN RETIRE.

THREE WELL-KNOWN OFFICERS. LONG RECORDS OF SERVICE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Three of Wellington's best-known shipping men will retire at the end .of this month. They are: Mr. David Williamson and Mr. William E. Fuller, of Levin and Company, and Mr. Arthur R. Hoggard, of the Union Steam Ship Company. Mr. Williamson and Mr. Fuller have each served over half a-century, and Mr. Hoggard 46 years. •Mr. Williamson is oversea shipping manager for Levin and Company. Mr. Fuller joined the company in the same year, 1874, as wool clerk and assistant shipping clerk. He has been closely associated with the New Zealand Shipowners' Federation for many years and he has been an the advisory board of the New Zealand Employers' Association. Mi'. Hoggard was one of the founders of the Wellesley Club, of which he was recently made a life member.
