All work was done on the grass, except some by two-years-olds on the course proper. Commendation, under a good pull, ran home over four furlongs in 535. Battle Torque and Bourse sprinted home.

Beacon Light, looking well, paced a round.

Joy King, Star Stranger and False Scent were given useful work. None of the trio is racing until Monday. Arrow Lad and Royal Game covered four furlongs in 51s. Mask did an easv four furlongs in 565.

Pink Note strode nut. Royal Lineage went well over four furlongs in 535. . Keddar and Shining Armour ran six furlongs in 1.20 2-5. Teri and Volplane's time for five furlongs was 1.7.
