YOUNG MAN FATALLY INJURED.

Harold Rowland Bedford, a.ged 23, of New Brighton, was killed Main South Road between Chertsey and Dromore on Saturday evening. The motor cycle, on which he was riding, collided violently with a motor car. A sidechair was attached to the cycle, bu<t its occupant, William James Johnson, of Ashburton, was not injured. It is stated that the motorist has not reported the accident to the police, and that his identity is not known.
