(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. A six-roomed house in Bell Block, owned by Mr. Russell Hoby and occupied by Mr. Bruce Joll. was totally destroyed by Are this morning. The insurance on the house was £300 and on the furniture £200.
