VIEWED WITH SERENITY.

KING'S VISIT TO MOSCOW. LONDON, March 29. The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent states that Britain views the visit to- be paid to Moscow by King Amanullah of Afghanistan, with serenity. The Government perfectly understands the reasons for the visit and it has nothing to fear from a comparison of the conditions of Britain and Russia. The correspondent adds that advantage has been taken of the King's visit to have a series of heart-to-heart talks with the Foreign Office on affairs con-" cerning Britain and Afghanistan.
