BANKRUPTCY COURT.
APPLICATIONS DEALT WITH. Mr. Justice Blair presided over a sitting of the Bankruptcy Court this morning, when discharges from bankruptcy were granted in the following cases:— Robert Wright, farmer, Tauranga; Robert Muir King, carrier, Otahuhu; Thomas Hunter, labourer, Auckland; William Ainsworth Forder, farmer, Otahuhu; W. H. Cooper, grower, Oratia; Charles Edward Morgan, cordial manufacturer, Paeroa; Herbert James Harris, farmer, Wharepoa; Peter Campbell, Auckland; Richard Ellis Hicks, assistant shopkeeper, Kaitaia; Michael Silvester Tracey, piemaker, Hamilton; Edward James Butler, farmer, Whakatane; Arthur Hastings Bridge, labourer, Auckland; Henry Edward Bunker > tailor, Auckland; Frank Gillespie, merchant, Auckland; and Thomas Oscar Stanley, tailor, Auckland.
The applications of John R. Hawken and Francis Sinclair Yates were suspended for a month. Walter Horton R. C. Reid, and W. J. Herk were adjudicated bankrupt, while a petition to wind up Green's Grocery Stores, Ltd., was granted.
