A MIRACULOUS ESCAPE,

A party of half a dozen proceeding to Thames in a motor ear this morning had a miraculous escape from serious accident. The car was being driven by Mr. A. Sheehan and was going through the Maungatawhiri Valley when it capsized, turning completely over. Other motorists helped to right the car, which was not badly damaged, tthe screen and mudguards being somewhat knocked about. One passenger received a scratch to one of his hands, but the others were uninjured.
