PALMERSTON N., this day.

In the Supreme Court to-day Hikapounama Parata, aged 22, a former postal official, for theft of a postal packet and for forgery and uttering, was ordered to come up for sentence within two years. He was ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution. His Honor said the case was not an appropriate one for probation. Accused had pleaded guilty and made a clean breast of facts.
