FINED, AND LOSES LICENSE,

WELLINGTON, this day.
Lorn© James Lipsett, who knocked down a boy on the Hutt Road while riding a motor-cycle, was charged with riding while drunk. The cycle had no light. He was fined f 10, and his license was cancelled for 1928.
