UNFIT TO DRIVE. CAR.
FIXE OF £15 IMPOSED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Charles Holdsworth was to-day fined £15 and costs for negligent driving of his motor car, and 20/ and costs for not reporting an accident. His license was cancelled until April 1, 1930. The evidence showed that while he was driving some friends at night he collided with a motor cyclist, who was very badly injured and lost Ms leg. The police said defendant was not fit to have a license.
