PROBLEM FOR COURT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. A dispute over the question of how much of the late Mr. John Duncan McGruer's estate, now valued at £95,000, should go to charity is being heard in the Supreme Court to-day.
