LIQUIDATING THx! COMPANY

DUNEDIN, Thursday.
At a meeting of directors of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition this evening an estimated statement of affairs of the company was released. This statement showed that approximately £G1,231 17/3 would be available, for distribution among the holders of the 82,651 shares, this giving a return of approximately 14/10 in the £.
It was decided that a meeting of shareholders be called to liquidate the company on June 30.
