LORD IRWIN AT BOMBAY. (Received 12.30 p.m.) DELHI, April 2. The Viceroy-elect and Lady Irwin have arrived at Bombay by the steamer Mooltan. Their Excellencies were welcomed by the Acting-Governor at a distinguished assemblage. The Bombay Corporation presented an address.—(A."and N.Z.)
