DEPARTURE FROM AUCKLAND.
The retiring Chief Justice, Sir Kobert Stout, who has been conducting the Supreme Court sessions in Auckland, will terminate his stay here on Monday nest, and will proceed to Wellington on Tues* day.
At the close of the business of the day on Monday, the Auckland Law Society members will gather at the Supreme Court to bid farewell to Sir Robert, a» this marks his Honor's last appearance on the bench in Auckland before i» retires.
