{By Telegraph--rress Association.! GREYMOUTH, this day. Reports from Bealey this morning state that the Waima'kariri is rising, and heavy rain i≤ falling in the upper reaches. A washout occurred on the railway between Aikens and Otira. It 13 five chains in extent already, and is still slipping. Express passengers Trill have to leave the train and walk to Otira (half a mile). Only hand luggage is accepted on the train.
