Decision was given by Mr. W. E- "c* Kean. S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day, in a case brought by George J. Browne Lad. (Mr. Anderson) who sued G. F. Robinson and others (Mr Martette) to recover £10 5/3 under tlic Wages Protection and Contractors" Liens Act, 190 S. for hardware pood- sold and delivered "» connection with the erection of a dwe u ' ing: house at Papakura.
