NORTH AUCKLAND LAND BOARD.

SITTING TO-DAY. The Xorth Auckland Land Board commenced a sitting at the board rooms, Customs Building, this morning, the Com-' missioner, Mr. 11. J. Lowe, presiding, there being also present Messrs. H. E. Aitkenhead, A. Finlayson, J. K. Wellß, and W. T. Hunt. There are a large number of applications for land transfers, reductions in rent, and postponements of mortgages to be dealt with, and the sitting is expected to last over to-morrow.
