A STRIP OF TRIPOLI.
AND THE JERABUB OASIS. AN EXCHANGE TRANSACTION. CAIRO, April.B. It is understood that Italy has offered to cede to Egypt a strip of territory in Tripoli as compensation for the surrender by Egypt of the Jerabub oasis. The Government has dispatched a commission to Jerabub to secure proof that this is the case.— (A. and ZST.Z.)
