STATE OF PARTIES. (Received 1 p.m.) BRUSSELS, April 8. The new Chamber consists of 78 Catholics, 77 Socialists, 24 Liberals, 1 extreme "Flamigant," 2 Communists, und 1 Independent. Tjie principal change in the parties compared with the old Chamber is that the Socialists gain 7 seats and the Liberals , lose 9.—(Renter.)
