ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD.
CHARGES AGAINST McCAUL. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WAjSTGANUI, this day. George McCaul, ex-solicitor, was before the Court this morning charged with having received £57 on March 10, 1924,. on terms requiring, him to pay the same for stamp duty registration fees of . a certain transfer, and that lie did fraudulently omit to pay such such stamp duty, other registration fees, or " any part thereof. The 'police asked for a remand of a week, which was granted. Bail was allowed accused, himself £500, and two sureties of £250. ._ '.
