BOMB AT A MEETING. DEMOCRATS ANGRY. XEW YORK, July 20. Speaking at Providence, Rhode Island, Governor Flynn said that the AttorneyGeneral's Department held affidavits naming a prominent member of the Republican State Committee as the person who had provided and directed the placing of a gas bomb which broke up a Democratic stonewall in the State Senate on June 19 by stupefying the members.— (A. and X.Z.
