CROWN OF ABYSSINIA.
CAPTURED AT MAG DAL A. TO BE RESTORED. LONDON", July 20. The King, in giving a final audience to the Regent of Abyssinia, announced his intention of restoring to the Empress of Abyssinia the'crown of the Kmperor, Theadore, which Lord Xapier captured at Magdala in ISGS. The crown has been exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum The Regent said that this token ; of Britain's friendship would give the Abyssinians the greatest satisfaction.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
