WELLINGTON UNSUCCESSFUL
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Local amateur possesors of listeningin wireless outfits were unable last night to pick up Sir George Fenwick's speech, which was to be broadcasted from Chicago. It is possible that amateurs at Motueka may have succeeded, bat communication with that place was not available last night. Local wirelessers consider the week-end weather conditions were unfavourable for the test.
