CHARGE AGAINST TRUSTEE.
OVER £2000 INVOLVED. <By Telegraph--Own Correspondent.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. In the Magistrate's Court to-day Wilson Hodges was charged that on divers dates between December, 101!), and December, 1922, being a trustee under the will of the late Mr. George Hodges, of Port Chalmers, medical practitioner, with intent to defraud and in violation of the trust, he did convert to his own use £2369 received and held in trust. Accused was remanded to appear at Dunedin.
