S.P.C.A. BAZAAR.
At a meeting of the Ladles' Committee of the Society for the Protection of Women and Children and Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the balance sbeet of the recently held Alphabetical Bazaar and Jazz was presented. The total receipts were shown ac £475 t/1, and the eipeiisce amounted to £75 1/1, leaving • credit balance of £400 to be handed over to the society by the ladies. The names of Mrs. Alan Hume and Mrs. Hngo Fried* lander were added to the committee.
