ANTI-SWISS OUTBURST.
ARRESTS IN RUSSIA. SHOPS WRECKED BY MOB. (Received 0.30 a.m.') BERLIN, May 24. Reports from Moscow state that the authorities at Petrograd, Moscow, and Kieff arrested several Swiss residents as a result of ill-feeling following the murder of M. Vorowaky at Lausanne. Tn Petrograd several shops belonging to Svjiss traders were stormed and wrecked by mobs. At Odessa crowds attacked several Swiss in the streets. The Soviet is refusing to visa Swiss passports.—.(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
