Reports from Moscow state that the authorities at Petrograd, Moscow, and Kieff arrested several Swiss residents as a result of ill-feeling following the murder of M. Vorowaky at Lausanne. Tn Petrograd several shops belonging to Svjiss traders were stormed and wrecked by mobs. At Odessa crowds attacked several Swiss in the streets.
