SUMMER TIME IN FRANCE.
PUT THROUGH BY POINCARE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, May 24. M. Poincare, by threatening to resign if the 'bill were rejected, forced the Senate to accept the Summer Time Bill in the i interests of economy. Clocks in England, France, and Belgium will keep the sam_ time after Sunday, greatly to the relief of business men. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
