ARRESTS IN CAIRO.
MARTIAL LAW CHAFES. (By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright.) CAIRO, March 7. The "Daily Chronicle" says that responsible quarters in Cairo have cabled declaring that the martial law policy has proved bankrupt, and the release of Zaghloul Pasha is probable. There have been three more arrests in Cairo, including two journalists, whose newspapers have been suspended. Political deadlock prevails. The Egyptians are demanding the abolition of ■ martial law before the forming of a Cabinet.—A. and Jf.Z. Cable.)
