RUSSO-GERMAN PACT.
DENTED IN FRANCE. RUMOUR AND TACTICS. PARIS, February 27. Writing in the "Echo de Paris,"' Pertinax denies that a Russo-German military convention has been concluded, and says that Herr Cuno feared the result in England and the United Stales, as he still hopes for their diplomatic intervention regarding reparations.—(A. and N.Z.)
