FORMATION OF CABINET. CAIRO, February 20. The political crisis continues. The former Prime Minister, Adly Pasha, has abandoned an attempt to form a Ministry in consequence of the refusal of certain political circles to sink .party differences temporarily, especially in connection with the provisions inserted in the draft constitution respecting the Sudan, to which the previous Ministry took objection.— (A. and N.Z.
