A TURKISH PROPOSAL. CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 26. The Religious Committee of the Angora Assembly approved, amid applause, a bill to make compulsory for males to marry at the age of 25, and also for all couples to have a child every two years. Rich widowers over SO must take a second wife or support orphans. The bill provides that in families of three children one child shall be exempted from military service.—'(A. and N.Z.;
