BANNED BY THE CENSOR.
A FOUTICAL FLAT. * QUEEN AND A PREMIER. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, July 23. Theatrical circles are deeply interested in the decision of the censor to ban a j play called "The Queen's Minister," dealing mainly with episodes in the life of Lord Melbourne. The characters include Queen Victoria and the Prince Consort. The ban was imposed on the principle of not causing any possible offence or pain to any living person. — (A. ar.d N.Z. Cable.)
