Dr. Thompson, referring to Mr. McTieruan's reply to tiie deputation regarding his costs in the Earr case, explains that the report suggests that Mrs. Eurr is endeavouring to evade h_r obligations, but the Public Trustee has I her estate, and refuses to give it up. j Furthermore, the Trustee has the Sworn statements of three Crown Ministers that; the inquiry cost the applicant nothing. |
