MR. HARDING'S HOPES. WASHINGTON, December 7. The last session of the sixty-sixth Congress was convened to-day. An ovation was accorded to Mr. W. G. Harding, the President-elect, when he took his seat in the Senate. Addressing the Senate as a member of that body, Mr. Harding pointed out that three months of Democratic rule remained.
