(Keceivcd 10 a.m.) BERLIN, August 13. Tn an interview, Count RcventJow, the well-known military writer, said that should the French violate German neutrality there would be a spontaneous uprising of the German people, unanimous and mighty. "We would not stand for making our land n battleground," he said. "I oppose Bolshevism, and I realise that Bolshevism is at our front door threatening all Western Europe; but I do not want to see France make this danger a pretext for over-running more of our country."—(A. and N.Z.)
