BRANCH FACTORIES IN CANADA (Received 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 13. It is reported from Winnipeg that more than 200 American manufacturers established branch factories in Canada during 1919, including the makers of Chemicals, motorcars, toilet preparations, and metal and woodworking tools.—(A. and N.Z.
