Many people in the habit of regulating their daily movements by the big doublefaced clock that juts out from Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings hare hmd to refer to other time-recorders in the city. The tronble of the insurance clock was investigated thie morning, and it was found that <the damp had the insulation of a trim leading to another time-piece, thus catmint a stoppage of all the clocks in the bffllding. "Hie work, of repair is well in hand, and hopes -were expressed by the engineer that tite-crocke wooW be set going once more' this afternoon.
