LONDON'S DANCES.
LONDON, October 14. The Tango Waltz is returning to popularity, but the principal dance this winter promises to be a Spanish onestep, called "Paso Doible," in which the partners are pravitically at arms-length. 'The charm of the dance lies in the graceful movements and attitudes of the head, shoulders, and arms," says a leadin- teacher in London. "We do not dance entirely with the feet nowadays, which brings a greater grace and delicacy to . the now dances than oldfashioned people think."
