Mr. Sykes (Masterton) questioned the Premier in the House to-day regarding opportunities which can be provided for returned soldiers who wish to take up plantations in Samoa. Several men had approached him on the subject, and he hoped the Government would make the! Crown Lands available to t' •■ -.. in :7ow' Zealand's new territory. I "I like the idea." replied ilr.
