To-' day Sir -Tames Allen stated that except | in a few cases where either a soldier or; his parents had insisted upon his transfer home, or where the Department had dis-! charged men for persistent misconduct,' detrimental to their own health and the. conduct of the institution, no soldier! suffering from tuberculosis had been dis- i charged from any hopital or sanatorium in the Dominion until everything that, the institution could do for him was accomplished. -
