SCHEME FOR AMALGAMATION. DISCUSSED AT XORTHCOTE. He moved: "That the Xorthcote Council be informed that no exception will be taken by the Birkenhead Council to the clause providing the reference to the Takapuna Borough is deleted.' , Cγ. Hadfield seconded, and this was, carried.
