Cement were aleo firmer, sales being nade at 15/9. Hikurangi Coal shares iould now be placed at 10/", wrt no seller juoted to-day. Transactions took >lace in Waflii G.M. shares at £2 8/6 at ;he third call yesterday. Both issues >f Abraham-Williams, Ltd., -were wanted ;o-day at £5, and inquiry wbs made r or Bank of New South Wales at £39 10/.
