KOLCHAK'S REVERSES.
DIVISION IN HIS CABINET. FRICTION AMONG HEADS. WASHINGTON, August 24. Mr. Roland H Morris, who was sent [by tho Cnited States Government to investigate the situation in Siberia, reports [that a crisis within the Government of i Admiral Kolchak may be expected to culj minate this month. There is much fricI tion between the military commanders j owing to the shortage of supplies. The (total forces under Admiral Kolchak numi ber less than 200,000 men. Mr. Morris ! urges the recognition of the Kolchak (Government by the Allies if it survives until next month.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
