ADMINISTRATION OF ACT. INVESTIGATION OF COSTS. (Received 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, August 24. The Board of Trade announces that 'the Profiteering Act will be administered firstly by a Central Committee, representing the Government, chambers of commerce, employers, employees, trade 'unions, and co-operative societies, which [will investigate costs and profits of manufacturers and wholesalers; secondly, Iby local committees appointed by the j-municipal councils to investigate specific I complaints against retailer*; thirdly, an 1 appeal tribunal in each county appointed iby the Board of Trade to hear appeals /and local committees' decisions. — (A. jand N.Z.
