Fisher, New Zealand, beat Donisthorne, 6 —l, o—3. In the second round, Fisher beat Aitken, ex-cbampion of South Africa. S—C, 4—6, B—2. In the third round, G. Pattersori (Victoria) beat Fisher, 6—3, B—G. In yie final, Patterson beat Roper Barrett, 6—2, 6—3, 0—2.--(A. and N.Z.) NO PLAY WITH GERMANS. The Australian Tennis Association decided to adopt the attitude of the British. French, and Belgian associations in regard to enemy players, refusing to participate in tournaments in which they are engaged.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
