SOLDIERS' SETTLEMENT.
BLOCK NEAR TE AWAMUTU PURCHASED. It is announced that the Government has acquired for the purpose of soldiers' settlement 3000 acres of Mr. W. G. Park' 3 estate, "Paneakua," at Puahue. This location is six miles from Te Awamutu, and the land is good. The block will subdivide into about 40 holdings.
