SOLDIER GETS DIVORCE.

DAMAGES AGAINST CO-RESPONDEST (Bj Telegrap-h.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Supreme Court was engaged today hearing the petition of Leonard Chs-les Utting for a divorce from Grace Hepzibah Utting. Petitioner claimed £501 damages against the co-respon-dent, Harry G. Moncrieff. It was stated that Utting had been on active service in Mesopotamia, and that on returning to New Zealand he had discovered that bis wife had been unfaithful. The jury swarded petitioner £250 damages, and hie Honor made an order accordingly! and. granted a decree nisi.
