WEDDINGS.
A very pretty wedding was celebrated on December 20, 1917, at the. home of the brido's parents, Fornside, Canterbury, when James Harradine Coddington (late member of Main Body Kxpeditionary Forces, returned wounded), second son of Mr and Mrs E. (!. Codilington, of London, England, was married to Mies Amy Taylor, only daughter of Mr and Mre R. M. Taylor." The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. W. H. Howes, of Rangiora, the bride being given away by her father. The bride's brother, Mr W. Taylor, acted as best man, while Mies Winifred Harper, cousin of the bride, acted as bridesmaid. Tho bride and bridegroom afterwards left for Auckland to take up their residence.
Tim marriage took place on December 10, at St. Folycarp's R.C. Church. Farnhftm, of Mr .T. H. Ford. N.Z.F.A., of Taumarunui, King Country, to Miss Xoel Keating, of Fnrnham.— (London correspondent.)

Tletley, of New Zealand, and Hilda Margaret, elder daughter of the late Tlenry Iletley, M.C.. J.P., of Xorwood, >S.K.. and Mrs. Ilctlcy, of Beech House Road, Croydon.
A wedding of Now Zealand interest took plnrn on December 2Jst at Ilinckley, Leicestershire, by the Rev. W. Crowe, of Second-Lieut. John Linsley Bnthgntc, Lincoln Regiment, only eon of Mr. A. Bathgate, of Dunedin, to Daisy Hilda Ilolden. eldeßt daughter of •Mr and Mrs J. S. Ilolden, of Hinckley, Leicestershire.
