A little more business was done on the Stock Exchange to-day. Huddart-Parker shares were again transferred at 32/-, and Auckland Gas (paid issue) sold at 30/-, with further buyers offering threepence under that figure. South British Insurance sold at 122/6, and Standards were wanted at 40/-. Westport Coal firmed a little, being wanted at 31/-, while for X.Z.
