(Before Messrs. W. Coltman and H. H. Hunt, J.P.'s.) DRUNKENNESS. A first offender, whose head had to be medically repaired after a fell when he was drunk, had to pay 10/ expenses. Three other first offenders were fined each 5/, in default 24 hours. MISCELLANEOUS. William Williams, alias David Munn (50), on a charge of the theft of a horsefover, the property of Percy Lupton, was remanded for a week. William John Bell, on a charge of having published a statement indicating disloyalty or disaffection with respect to the war, was further remanded till Friday.
